You can expect a soft proof of your Semi-custom invitation order with in 3-4 days. Custom designs can take anywhere from 3-7 days as we like to sit on the design to get it just right before we present it to you.

Once we receive your approval on the final designs your order will go into production.

Digital prints take 7-14 days

Foil prints take 20-25 business days

Rush orders are welcome. Kindly email us beforehand with your target date and we will let you know if your order can be fulfilled.

For weddings we recommend 6-8 months before the event to ensure enough time for all processes.

Send out Save the date cards 8-11 months before your wedding.

The general time-line for handing out wedding invitations is 12-14 weeks before the wedding date.

Your invites will be assembled for you if you have ordered belli bands, ties or swing tags. All other matching stationery will be packaged separately for you to assemble.

Envelopes will always be packed separately, unless requested by you.

We recommend 10-15 extra invitations be ordered.

Digital printed invites – Extra invites can be ordered but will be charged at a low quantity rate and not the same rate as your original order.

Foil or Letterpress invitations – Due to the high set up fees that come with this printing technique the minimum quantity we can print is 20. You will be charge at the higher low quantity rate and not the same rate as your main order.

Best to allow extra when placing your original order to avoid the higher charge

A full refund can be issued in the first 24 hours of placing your order.

After this time we are too deep into the design process and will not be able to issue you a refund.
